The Cambridge 35 is a brand-new 14″ self-propelled cylinder mower in our battery-powered range, offering a quiet, cable-free mowing experience. The battery equivalent of the Kensington 14B, it delivers professional-quality results with a 6-bladed cutting cylinder providing 78 cuts per metre.
Powered by a 40V Lithium-Ion battery, it has infinitely variable micro-cutting height adjustment from 1/4 inch to 1 1/4 inch (6–32 mm). The height-of-cut dial is shown in mm rather than 1, 2, 3, 4 as on the Kensington. The Cambridge 35 takes ALL the RC35 rapid-change cartridges in the Allett range for additional lawn care tasks.
Experience low noise and freedom from trailing cables. The Cambridge range offers a greener, quieter alternative to keep your lawn perfectly striped and in pristine condition. A single-section rear roller lets you turn without damaging the grass surface. At just 38 kg (with cylinder, battery and grass bag) the Cambridge 35 is lightweight and easily manoeuvrable.
The Cambridge is fitted with the same mesh grass bag as the Allett Stirling, which optimises airflow when mowing, fills better, and is lighter and easier to empty.
The machines in the range are simple to start and easy to use, with 6 speed options. A fully charged battery allows for up to 30–40 minutes of mowing for just a few pennies per charge.
Note: If you are upgrading from an older machine, this model takes your original QC14 cartridges, but you will need a QC2RC conversion kit for each cartridge (or swap one over). If you don't already have cartridges, you can purchase RC35 cartridges here.
