What are Rapid Change cartridges?
Rapid Change (RC) cartridges let Cambridge mowers switch from mowing to scarifying, aerating, brushing, and dethatching in under one minute using a single 5 mm Allen key. One mower becomes a complete lawn-care system, designed for seasonal turf maintenance without extra machines.

How long does it take to change a Rapid Change cartridge?
Most users complete a cartridge swap in under one minute using a 5 mm Allen key. No belt adjustments or specialist tools are required.

Do I need all cartridges to start?
No. Most owners begin with mowing and add cartridges seasonally. Scarifying and brushing are common first additions, followed by aeration as turf matures.

Are Rapid Change cartridges difficult to install?
No. The system is designed for home use. Clear guides and videos are provided, and most owners master the process on their first swap.

Can I share cartridges between different mower ranges?
No. Rapid Change cartridges are exclusive to the Cambridge range. Kensington uses Quick Change (QC). Stirling uses Ultra Change (UC).
