Yes, walk-in parts pickup is available at our Ottawa facility during business hours (Mon-Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-3:30pm ET). We recommend calling ahead for specialty items to confirm stock.

What's the turnaround time for repairs?
Typical turnaround:

- Reel sharpening: 7-10 days (or immediate via Reel Exchange)

Do you only sell genuine Allett parts?
Yes, we exclusively sell genuine OEM Allett parts. We don't carry aftermarket alternatives.
