Can I visit your facility without an appointment?
Walk-in parts pickup is welcome during business hours. For service drop-off, consultations, or demos, please call ahead to schedule an appointment—ensures we have staff available to assist you properly.
Do you have French-language support?
Yes. Our team can provide service in French. Contact us by phone or email and indicate your language preference.
How quickly will I get a response?
Email inquiries: within 24 hours on business days. Phone calls: immediate during business hours. Contact form submissions: within 24-48 hours.
Can I text your phone number?
Currently phone support is voice calls only. For written communication, use email or the contact form.
What if I need help outside business hours?
Our Knowledge Base/FAQ system is available 24/7 for self-service support. For non-urgent inquiries, email us and we'll respond the next business day. For urgent breakdowns during peak season, we offer premium after-hours support for Maintenance Plan members.
