How to Submit a Repair Request

Step 1 – Describe the Issue

Fill out our service request form: model, issue description, any error messages or symptoms. Photos help—attach if possible.

Step 2 – Receive Estimate

We'll diagnose remotely (if possible) or provide shipping/drop-off instructions. You'll receive a written estimate before we proceed.

Step 3 – Approve & Ship/Drop-Off

Approve estimate, then either:

  • Ship mower (we provide prepaid label for covered services)
  • Drop off at our Ottawa facility (by appointment)
  • Schedule pickup (Professional/Premium plan members or additional fee)

Step 4 – Service & Return

We complete approved repairs, test thoroughly, and return your mower (or arrange pickup).

You receive detailed service report with work performed.

Shipping Your Mower:

Packaging:

  • Remove grass box and loose items
  • Drain fuel (petrol models) or remove battery
  • Secure handlebars in folded position
  • Use sturdy box with padding (we can provide specifications)

Insuring Shipment:

  • We recommend insuring valuable mowers
  • Coverage available through courier at time of shipping
  • Allett Canada not responsible for shipping damage (courier claim required)
