Shipping policy
Allett Canada ships parcels throughout Canada using Canada Post and Purolator, with rates calculated live by the carrier at checkout. We do not offer free shipping. Orders to the United States and other international destinations are handled on request and may require a custom freight quotation and additional documentation; there is no automated international checkout.
Freight (full-size and oversized equipment). Full-size equipment ships by commercial freight coordinated by Allett Canada. Freight charges are determined by the destination, the equipment ordered, and carrier requirements; we do not publish fixed freight pricing. Freight arrangements may be confirmed with you before shipment where required.
Processing and delivery. Processing and delivery times vary by product availability, factory-order status, shipping method, carrier, and destination. We do not publish fixed timelines. Tracking is provided whenever available after your order ships.
Damaged in transit. Please inspect your shipment before signing for delivery. If an item is damaged, note the damage with the carrier, note "damaged" on the bill of lading, document the package before opening, and report it to Allett Canada within 3 days of receipt with written evidence and photos. You may refuse delivery if the package is obviously damaged. Return and refund consequences of damaged shipments are handled under our Refund policy.
