Repairs & Service
All repair and service requests start by contacting Allett Canada. Please don’t bring or ship equipment before contacting us first, so we can arrange the right service path for your repair.
Where repairs are carried out
Depending on the repair, work may be completed on site, at Allett Canada’s workshop, through an authorised service provider, or by returning the equipment or individual components for inspection.
Warranty vs. non-warranty
Warranty repairs follow the warranty claim process — see our Warranty page. Non-warranty repairs are quoted before any chargeable work begins; we do not publish labour rates or fixed repair pricing.
Turnaround
Turnaround depends on workload, seasonal demand, parts availability, and the nature of the repair. We do not publish fixed turnaround times.
Annual service
Allett mowers are designed for an annual service that includes inspection, adjustment, and cylinder and bottom-blade regrind. See our Maintenance page for what the annual service covers.
Before you request a repair
Review your operator’s manual and complete basic checks. For safety, use appropriate PPE and disconnect power sources before inspection or transport. Contact Allett Canada before any repair that may affect warranty coverage or require specialist diagnosis.
