Essential Plan Calendar

Spring (March-April):

Multi-Touch Plan Calendar

Spring (March-April):

  • Pre-season tune-up (full service as Essential)
  • First reel sharpening

Mid-Season (June-July):

  • Mid-season check-up (belt replacement as needed, bearing inspection, drive check, HOC calibration)
  • Second reel sharpening

Fall (October-November):

  • Post-season service (engine winterization, fuel stabilization, storage prep)

Premium Plan Calendar

Quarterly Touchpoints:

  • Q1 (Jan-Feb): Pre-season check, parts inventory, schedule confirmation
  • Q2 (Mar-Apr): Pre-season service, first reel sharpening
  • Q3 (Jun-Jul): Mid-season service, second reel sharpening
  • Q4 (Oct-Nov): Post-season service, third reel sharpening, winter prep

How to Enroll

Step 1 – Select Your Plan Tier

Choose Essential, Multi-Touch, or Premium based on your usage and needs. Not sure? Contact us—we'll help assess which plan fits your situation.

Step 2 – Provide Mower Information

  • Mower model and cutting width
  • Serial number (found on mower frame)
  • Purchase date (approximate if not certain)
  • Current condition/maintenance history (helps us assess needs)

Step 3 – Choose Preferred Service Window

Select your preferred start date for first service (typically spring). We'll build your service schedule from there. Flexibility available—we work around your mowing schedule.

Step 4 – Pay Annual Fee

  • Annual payment: Full year upfront (save 5%)
  • Quarterly installments: Four equal payments (no interest)
  • Commercial invoicing: Net 30 terms available for approved commercial accounts

Step 5 – Confirmation & Scheduling You'll receive:

  • Enrollment confirmation email with plan details
  • Welcome package with service binder and documentation
  • Contact from service coordinator to schedule first appointment
  • Coming Soon - Digital access to Client Portal (service records, scheduling, invoicing)
