The aerator cartridge slits the soil surface to improve the passage of air, water and nutrients down to the grass root zone, encouraging stronger and deeper root development.

Aeration is one of the most beneficial treatments you can carry out on your lawn and should be done at least once a year, ideally in spring or autumn when the ground is moist. Regular aeration reduces compaction, improves drainage and helps your lawn recover more quickly from wear and drought stress.
