When is the best time to buy?
Depends on your priority:
- Best availability: Spring (March-May) if you pre-order
- Best pricing: Fall clearance (September-October) or winter refurbished deals
- Immediate need: Summer (June-August) typically has good in-stock availability
Most buyers pre-order in spring or buy during fall clearance for next season.
Do prices change throughout the year?
Yes. Standard pricing applies most of the year, but expect:

How far in advance should I pre-order?
For guaranteed allocation, pre-order 2-4 months before you need it:

Last-minute pre-orders (4-6 weeks ahead) may still get allocation, but popular models could be claimed.
Can I return a pre-order if I change my mind?
Pre-order deposits are refundable up to 30 days before scheduled delivery. Within 30 days of delivery or after delivery, standard return policy applies. Check terms at pre-order placement.
What happens if my pre-order is delayed?
We'll notify you immediately if delays occur. You can:
- Wait for revised delivery date (maintain pre-order pricing)
- Cancel and receive full refund
- Switch to in-stock alternative (if available)
Are refurbished units available year-round?
Inventory fluctuates. Peak availability is winter (November-February) as seasonal trade-ins are refurbished. Summer/spring inventory is typically lower as units sell. Check current inventory or sign up for alerts.
Can I buy now and take delivery later?
Yes. Pre-orders allow winter purchase with spring delivery. For in-stock units, we can hold (typically up to 30 days) or arrange delayed shipping (fees may apply for extended storage).
