Their Story

I started cylinder mowing after seeing a neighbor's perfectly striped lawn. I was using a rotary mower and never realized what I was missing. After some research, I chose Allett for its build quality and cartridge system.

My weekly routine during peak season includes mowing every 3-4 days, watering deeply twice a week, and a monthly fertilizer application. The biggest challenge early on was getting the height of cut just right - I started too low and had to let the grass recover.

My advice for new cylinder mowers: Be patient. It takes time to learn your mower and your lawn. Don't expect perfection in the first month. What surprised me most was how much healthier my grass became - thicker, greener, and more resilient to drought.

My favorite feature is the 10-blade cartridge - the cut quality is unmatched. Next season, I want to master checkerboard patterns and improve my end-of-season winterization routine."
