Shipping
Allett Canada ships parcels throughout Canada using Canada Post and Purolator, with rates calculated live by the carrier at checkout. There is no free-shipping option.
Freight (full-size and oversized equipment)
Full-size equipment ships by commercial freight coordinated by Allett Canada. Charges are determined by the destination, the equipment ordered, and carrier requirements; we do not publish fixed freight pricing. Freight arrangements may be confirmed with you before shipment where required.
Regions
We ship throughout Canada. Orders to the United States and other international destinations are handled on request and may require a custom freight quotation and additional documentation; there is no automated international checkout.
Processing, delivery & tracking
Processing and delivery times vary by product availability, factory-order status, shipping method, carrier, and destination. We do not publish fixed timelines. Tracking is provided whenever available after your order ships.
Damaged in transit
For parcel shipments, report transit damage within 3 days of receipt with written evidence and photos; note “damaged” on the bill of lading and document the package before opening. For freight, inspect the shipment before signing, note visible damage with the carrier, and report it to Allett Canada within 3 days of receipt. Return and refund consequences are handled under Returns & Refunds.
Collection
Allett Canada is a field-based business without a public retail counter. If you would like to arrange collection instead of shipment, contact us and we will advise what is possible for your order and location.
