Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or as a factory / pre-order. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration; if you don't want to renew, you can cancel. You can cancel or change a subscription at any time from the links in your order confirmation emails. See our Refund policy for details on returns and refunds.

Factory orders and pre-orders
A factory order is for equipment that Allett Canada orders from the manufacturer rather than shipping from stock. Factory orders are paid in full when the order is placed; we do not currently offer a deposit program. The quoted purchase price is confirmed before the order is accepted. You may cancel a factory order until Allett Canada issues a purchase order to the manufacturer. Once the purchase order has been issued, or the equipment has shipped from the manufacturer, the order cannot be cancelled except where required by law. Change requests are possible before manufacturing begins, subject to manufacturer availability and Allett Canada approval. Where a cancellation or return is permitted, refunds follow our Refund policy. If you finance a purchase and an item has an extended ship date, your loan payment(s), including interest, may become due before you receive the item.
