We use a third-party logistics provider also known as a carrier. This provider changes from time to time and carries insurance. Any damage to an item caused by the carrier will be investigated and compensation may be awarded by the carrier. This compensation is set by and up to the third-party carriers' discretion. To conduct the investigation, we may require the damaged item shipped back to us at the carrier's expense. The easiest way to initiate this is to refuse a damaged parcel.
