We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return shipping will be at the customers' expense at the Allett Canada flat shipping rate of $450 unless otherwise communicated by Allett.ca. Shipping will not be refunded for returns and a $100 restocking fee will apply.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. There is a 24-hour window to initiate a claim with our carriers for damaged items. If an item is damaged you must write that the item was damaged on the bill of lading and document the package before opening. Failure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving or to document the damage on the bill of lading will void your option to return the item. Alternately you can refuse delivery if the package is obviously damaged.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for used or open items under any circumstances.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Once a return has been received and processed, an exchange is possible for another item minus the restocking and shipping fees. Any difference in price will be billed to the customer before shipping the new item or refunded as per our refund policy.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds will be the original price paid minus a 3% processing fee. Shipping will not be refunded unless covered under a carrier insurance plan for a damaged item.
