Warranty

Allett mowers are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (Allett Ltd) against defects in materials and workmanship, provided to the original purchaser. Coverage periods depend on the model and how the mower is used, and are set out below. Warranty claims for products bought through Allett Canada or an authorised Canadian dealer are handled by Allett Canada.

Warranty periods — Home range

“Home use” means an individual named purchaser using the mower at a single family’s single property, within the model’s designed lawn area. “Professional / commercial use” is any other use. Periods are per the current manufacturer warranty (Allett Ltd, AM81795-B, 18/12/2024).

Professional sports-turf products (for example Shaver, Tournament, Buffalo, C-range, Regal, Uplift) carry a separate schedule — 24 months (professional use) up to 48 months (home use), subject to a 1,500-hour limit; electric variants 36 months (home use). Contact Allett Canada for the full sports-range table.

What keeps your warranty valid

Use the mower within its designed lawn area and service it on the recommended schedule. If it is not serviced in line with Allett’s guidelines, the warranty expires 12 months (or 500 hours) after the most recent service. Engines, batteries, and chargers are covered separately by their own manufacturers’ warranties.

How to make a claim

Contact Allett Canada with your model, serial number, proof of purchase (including purchase or delivery date), and a description of the fault. Allett Canada administers claims for products purchased through Allett Canada and its authorised Canadian dealers; if you purchased outside the authorised Canadian network, contact your original supplier. We may request photographs, inspection, or additional information before confirming eligibility. The warranty assessment determines how a repair is carried out — on site, through an authorised service provider, or by returning equipment or components for inspection.

What is not covered

Normal wear, lack of proper maintenance, use beyond the designed area or unintended use, misuse, improper storage, accidental damage, non-genuine parts or unauthorised modifications, and consumables (fuel, lubricants, spark plugs, air filters, belts, blade sharpening) are not covered.

Damaged in transit?

If your order arrives damaged, report it within 3 days of receipt with written evidence and photos. See the Shipping page for how transit damage is handled.

This warranty is not transferable and is not valid on second-hand products or parts. It is in addition to your statutory rights.
