Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Please contact Allett Canada at info@allett.ca before returning anything — items sent back without prior authorisation are not accepted. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and a 5% restocking fee applies.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Used, installed, or damaged items are not returnable.
Mowers
Factory-order and special-order mowers are final sale unless required otherwise by law. Return requests for stocked mowers are reviewed individually and must be approved by Allett Canada before shipment; the mower must be unused, unassembled, in its original packaging, and otherwise meet the return policy.
Discounted products
We do not use a single blanket “sale items” exclusion. Return eligibility for promotional, clearance, and demonstration equipment is determined by the individual product page where applicable. Certified Refurbished equipment follows the standard return policy unless its product page states otherwise.
Shipping & freight charges
Original outbound shipping and freight charges (parcel or LTL) are non-refundable unless the return results from an Allett Canada error or an approved warranty claim.
Exchanges
Once a return is received and processed, an exchange is possible for another item, minus restocking and shipping fees; any price difference is billed or refunded.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and equal the original price minus the 5% restocking fee. It can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Damaged in transit
Report transit damage within 3 days of receipt with written evidence and photos — this is handled under our Shipping page.
